End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using our App ("Application").

By downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download or use the Application.

1. Acknowledgment

You and The Developer acknowledge that this Agreement is concluded between you and The Developer only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Application and the content thereof.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. Scope of License

The Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as specified in this Agreement, or as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application.

4. 維護與支援 (Maintenance and Support)

開發者全權負責提供本協議規定或適用法律要求的本應用程式維護和支援服務。Apple 沒有任何義務為本應用程式提供任何維護和支援服務。
